General Terms And Conditions

 

Acceptance of the services is deemed to be an acceptance of the Fees and these Terms of Business.

 

• To maximise turnaround time (typically 24-48 hours) all reports are provided electronically as standard via email.  Paper copies are provided on request.
  
• Journeys outside a 20 mile radius of IMS to the property will be charged at 40p per mile.

 

• Supporting digital photography is included in the fees as standard.

 

• IMS offers flexible and responsive working with no additional charges being levied for out of normal office hours work. This includes evenings to 9pm and weekends and Bank Holidays. This service is available by prior agreement only.
